How to Prepare My Car Beforehand
To ensure your vehicle gets the best installation possible, we ask that you clean your vehicle prior to your appointment. Dirt, dust, animal hair, etc. will affect the quality of the tint job. The key to a good installation is in the preparation. The cleaner a vehicle, the better the job can be. If a car is full of dog hair or covered in dirt and full of trash, it will greatly impact our ability to our job well.

How Long Before I Can Roll My Windows Down
Be sure to not roll your windows down for two full days after your vehicle has been tinted to allow it to properly cure.

Why Are Some Cars More Expensive Than Others?
While we do our best to give an accurate general quote on our website, some vehicles require more time, effort, and material to complete and will therefore have an additional fee. This will be discussed with you when setting up your appointment. We like to be as transparent as possible so you know what you're paying for.

What If I'm Running Late to My Appointment?
Let us know as soon you run into any issues ahead of your appointment so we can try to work with you. Communication is key in accommodating our clients. We value all of our customers' time, so if you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment and failed to notify us ahead of time, a $20 fee will be added to your total. If you are more than 20 minutes late and failed to notify us ahead of time, your appointment will be forfeited and you will have to schedule a new appointment with a new deposit. Failure to meet your appointment twice will require a full payment in advance in order to schedule again.

Do You Offer Audio Or Other Auto Services?
We specialize in what is offered on our site. You are more than welcome to reach out and request special services, such as audio or backup camera installations, but we are not obligated to take those jobs on if we don't have the bandwidth. We prioritize our listed services first, but if we have the time to accommodate a special request then we will do our best to take care of you.
